The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged on the basis of its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. This means your product’s current value of Fine metal, diamonds, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price as determined by the company.

• In case, any coupon, free gift, Discount or Promo Codes, were used during the original purchase the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Free gift value, Coupon Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

• Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item

• For all Buy-back transactions, Goods & Service Tax (if any) prevailing at that time on buy back shall be collected from the Buy-Back value. The prevailing rate is 3%. (can be changed from time to time without any prior intimation)

• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

• We offer a lifetime exchange & buy-back guarantee on all purchases as per T&c made from OrnaShine.com within India.

Lifetime Exchange

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your OrnaShine account / Specific credit voucher will be generated. This remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product, we will refund the amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the sole right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.

• Prevailing Gold / silver rates are generally high or low (as per demand & supply) from Gold / silver rates displaying on Multi Commodity exchange portal.

What are the conditions for the Policy?

• The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills.
