Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from OrnaShine.com, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged on the basis of its current market value, with deductions towards any Stones (Meena) / Kundan , Making charges & GST . This means your product’s current value of Fine metal, diamonds, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price as determined by the company.

• In case, any coupon, free gift, Discount or Promo Codes, were used during the original purchase the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Free gift value, Coupon Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

• Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item

• For all Buy-back transactions, deductions towards weight of any Stones (Meena) / Kundan & amount of  Making charges & Goods & Service Tax (if any) shall be deducted from the Product value prevailing at that time on buy back. The prevailing rate is 3%. (can be changed from time to time without any prior intimation)

• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

• We offer a lifetime exchange & buy-back guarantee on all purchases as per T&c made from OrnaShine.com within India only.

Lifetime Exchange

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards weight of any Stones (Meena) / Kundan & amount of  Making charges & Goods & Service Tax (if any) ,will be credited to your OrnaShine wallet / Specific credit voucher will be generated. This remains valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be en-cashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product, we will refund the amount, with deductions towards weight of any Stones (Meena) / Kundan, amount of  Making charges, any discount given & Goods & Service Tax (if any). Refund will be made via online bank transfer only within 10-15 days of receipt of the product.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the sole right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.

• Prevailing Gold / silver rates are generally high or low (as per demand & supply) from Gold / silver rates displaying on multi commodity exchange portal.
• The prevailing Buy-Back Rate’s on the transaction date are decided by the company only & will be first informed to Customer before Initiating any of the Buy-back transaction.
• ** Solitaire Jewelry Shipping Charges will be informed Separately during the transaction process.

What are the conditions for the Policy?

• The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before processing request. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.
• Please note that products purchased at www.OrnaShine.com cannot be returned or exchanged at RKD Jewels or any partner brand showrooms.
• The policy is deemed void if any other third party Jeweller has worked on it.
